By downloading, installing, or using Clean Gallery ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Clean Gallery is an iOS application that helps users manage their photo library through an intuitive swipe interface. The App provides:
- Photo browsing with swipe gestures
- Photo deletion capabilities
- Filtering options (screenshots, selfies, etc.)
- Premium features available via subscription
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription options:
- Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD/month
- Yearly Plan: $39.99 USD/year
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
3.2 Payment
- All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Select Clean Gallery
- Choose "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
3.4 Free Trial (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple:
We do not have access to Apple's payment system and cannot process refunds directly.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Photo Management
You are solely responsible for:
- Photos you choose to delete through the App
- Backing up important photos before deletion
- Understanding that deleted photos may be permanently removed
- Checking iOS's "Recently Deleted" album for recovery options
5.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- All photo processing occurs locally on your device
- We do not upload, store, or access your photos
- We only process encrypted subscription receipts

7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
7.2 Photo Deletion
Important: Once photos are deleted through the App, recovery may not be possible. Always back up important photos before deleting them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss of photos or data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss or corruption
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the subscription
9. Intellectual Property
The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Clean Gallery and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App or features at any time
- Update subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
- Change these Terms with notice via the App or website
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:
- If you violate these Terms
- For conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our business
- If required by law
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling your subscription.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions:
By downloading and using Clean Gallery, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). All in-app purchases are processed and managed by Apple in accordance with their terms.

15. Severability
